1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the VoiceFlow Chrome Extension or interacting with our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Subscription and Billing

VoiceFlow operates on a premium tier structure:

• Free Trial: New users receive a 100-day free trial of all premium features, including Cloud Sync and Custom Dictionaries.
• Pro Subscription: Following the trial, a subscription fee of $2/month (billed annually) is required to maintain access to premium features.
• Billing: All payments are processed via our secure third-party payment provider (Stripe).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use VoiceFlow only for lawful purposes. You may not use the extension to:

• Reverse engineer the software or attempt to extract the source code or API keys.
• Overload or launch DDoS attacks against the `sync.php` endpoint or database infrastructure.
• Distribute the extension in a modified or cracked form.

4. Limitation of Liability

VoiceFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, system errors, or inaccuracies in the text-to-speech synthesis provided by the browser's native engine.

5. Termination

waliyy.net reserves the right to terminate your API access and cloud sync privileges immediately if these terms are violated or if suspicious network activity is detected from your account.
